Property:Is exclusive

The "is exclusive" property answers whether the subject of the page is inclusive. The value is a boolean. Usage example for a page:

Where the page subject is a design for decision purposes, this property tells whether the decision makers would normally be other than, or less than, all those affected by the decision. A modern legislature system tends to be exclusive, for instance, while an electoral system tends not.
