        This is a dependency of votorola/g/security/openid4java.jar.
        (Actually 1.03 is the dependency, but that version includes Log4J jars
         that cause compiler warnings, so try this one...)

    In executable releases of Votorola, this jar file is relocated to
    votorola/a/web/base/WEB-INF/lib/.  (At least until Tomcat learns to obey
