Copies of other licences.

Parts of Votorola may be released under other, non-Votorola licences. Copies of those licences may be stored here for reference. Where the licence is contained in scope, storage here is optional.

In some cases a licence is uncontained in scope, meaning that it may have an affect on other parts of Votorola, or on Votorola as a whole. In all such cases, a copy of the licence must be stored here. Moreover, any part that carries that licence must explicitly link to it, or refer to it, by file name. A grep of the codebase for that file name, then, will reveal all parts that carry that licence.
