A voting page, for casting a vote in an election. The particular election is specified by query parameter 's'. Query parameters for this page are:

Key	Value	Default
c	Email address of a candidate, as a default for the input field.	Null, leaving the candidate field empty.
s	Service name of the election.	Null, leaving the page empty, except for the navigation controls.
