A count page - showing the results of an election. The particular election is specified by query parameter 's'. Query parameters for this page are:

Key	Value	Default
s	Service name of the election.	Null, leaving the page empty, except for the navigation controls.
v	Voter email address of a candidate to scroll to. Views that are indexed by email address (such as candidate rankings) are pre-scrolled, if necessary, to ensure this candidate is visible. If the candidate is not in the view, it is scrolled to the very end.	Null, voter-indexed views are not pre-scrolled.
